The transition into motherhood and parenthood is like an emotional rollercoaster, sometimes happy and joyful and other times challenging, this is normal!
These mindful sessions are designed to help you to help yourself become aware of you own needs, physically, emotionally, and mentally in your pregnancy and find balance or help ease your worries as you find your way.
These lovely sessions will give you the knowledge and skills that will allow you to slow down, connect and become emotionally aware so you can enjoy your pregnancy feeling connected and enjoying the precious time with bump instead of them going by like a blur and being forgotten.
Together we will work through the transition from pregnancy into motherhood.

These sessions will help you on your perinatal journey with the transition of identity that is inevitable as you move into motherhood.
You will learn skills to feel calm, balanced, and more in tune with your own gut instinct and intuition whilst building resilience to help you cope and accept challenges if they arise.
When your baby is born, so too are you as a mother
Self-care is giving the world the best of you instead of what's left of you.

Price: 50 Euro for the 4 sessions
There will be a private Facebook Group that you can login to for replays after each session if for some reason you miss a session. I went to Tara for help with anxiety and PTSD. I was feeling all over the place and couldn’t even concentrate properly.

Tara helped me realise this event triggered feeling I had been carrying around for years about myself. Before I went to Tara I didn’t even realise I had these feelings. Working with Tara helped me let go of the feeling of shame and blame. I realised the recent event was making me so anxious as I felt the shame I had been carrying with me. Once I worked through this with Tara I felt so much lighter.
As soon as I sat in the car after our appointment, I immediately felt like the biggest weight had been lifted from my shoulders. It was like the fog in my brain had cleared. I could understand what I felt, I wasn't nervous to talk about how I felt and I think I realised that I didnt have to hide my fears or feelings.
our appointment was the first time I actually listened to my own story... I had always been open about my experience, or I thought I had.. but as I told my story at our session, I realised I really blocked out a lot of what happened and I didnt even know it. Realising that, helped me to understand why I could be feeling the way I was, that there wasn't anything wrong with feeling that way and that I could change the way I felt about it in the future.
Tara was like the fairy godmother to my head! She helped me take back control of my feelings and that allowed me to go on to enjoy my pregnancy, appreciate my body for the amazing job its done and open up about my feelings when I need to.

Hi Tara, here, the fact that you're browsing here might indicate that you are struggling emotionally in some way.
I too once was that person, completely emotionally overwhelmed, feeling totally disconnected, not sleeping, constantly on edge, irritable and not knowing who I was.
Past life events and traumas caught up with me and just stopped me in my tracks. Past childhood events, perinatal trauma and then the recession pushed me over the edge.
My resilience bucket was full and literally burst!
The healing journey began it was such an awakening!
I learnt so much about who I was and why I felt, thought, and behaved the way I did.
This lead me on to further studies into trauma therapies based in neuroscience and the mind.
I now combine all I know from my nursing career the therapies I have learnt and my own past personal experiences to support anyone who may be struggling too.
I am passionate about helping clients move on from past traumatic or emotional events/experiences, become resilient in their present day & visualize a much brighter solution focused future.
In a consultation with me you will be given the time you need to have your story listened to, validated, and acknowledged in a safe confidential space.
With very gentle and effective trauma informed modalities we will lift the symptoms of trauma from the mind & body.
